Its a beautiful cap at first look. The shelves are not riveted fully, some rivets missed the shelves completely. Shelves are not evenly spaced. I actually took it back to the dealer who took pictures and I did not hear back, so I called and they told me they would get back to me still no word. The installation was terrible, three hours for them to butcher the inside boxes, and use camper clamps on a commercial truck cap and the two front clamps were too short so they put them on anyway on the very thin vertical edge of the cap rail. When I did get it home it took me 45 minutes to bolt it to the truck. This is not my first DCU cap, had I not had a custom rack installed by someone else I would have sent it back. I am very disappointed with both ARE and the installer for poor craftsmanship. I am expected to give a good product to my customers, so I expect a good product from others. ARE fix it!
