I just had the cap installed today, but I have carefully checked the fit and finish and both are great. I especially like the perfect fit with the roofline of the truck cab. It gives the truck a custom and finished appearance. I have had previous ARE products and this one is even better than the other models.

Solidly built and looks great on my truck. Fit and finish are excellent. I can now fit all my camping gear securely in the bed of my truck.

 Great Cap - Color Off

I just received my ARE V-Series cap and it's a beautiful cap. Well constructed with all the options I ordered making this cap very functional for me. The only problem is, the cap is painted to the color of my truck and it is a bit off. It appears to have less metallic in the paint making a bit darker than the truck. I've ordered caps from ARE before and they matched perfectly, but this one is a bit off color wise. But other than that, it's a great cap.
