I had this exact cap on a 2009 Tacoma with a Bed Rug. I have had this cap on for several weeks and all is well. The installation was professional and the cap lines up perfectly. The new style lighting works great and provides plenty of even lighting. I'm also still waiting for my Bed Rug to arrive. If it is like my last one it is totally indestructible and provides a much more desirable, even surface on the bed and sides.
