The direction of the handle to open is clockwise. And, the bottom edges of the rear window frame are not finished, leaving sharp edges. Lsii Series LSII Series : Ford F150 May 14, 2013    Posted by: Gary I have had 3 A.R.E. Tonneau covers prior to ths one. I have been using them since 1997. I will not have a pickup truck without one and I will not have anything but a pickup truck for my transportation. I carry samples and bulky demo products in my truck and often stay at hotels. Out of site is out of mind and no one has broken into my truck to steal anything. As far as the looks go it completes and gives it an elgant look along with the stainless steel side steps it has a finished look and is individulized to me. My last truck had the same setup and I would get compliments all the time even when it was 7 years old. Love it and proud to drive it. Hoping for simular compliments. This is my third time to my local dealer and they are very professional and do a great job. Z Series Z Series : Toyota Tundra April 12, 2013    Posted by: Gary This is our second canopy from this company. It's a great product. That being said, this time we are disappointed that the glass "hatch" door rubbed the paint off the top of the tailgate. There is a rubber strip inside the plastic termination piece of the hatch that should hang down another 1.25" to protect the tailgate. It's too short! The plastic termination piece should also be curved to match the tailgate. We now have to have the top of the tailgate repainted. If not for this problem we would have given a 5 star rating.
