I recently purchased a Z-series topper. The first time it rained both windows leaked a steady stream covering the bed. When the dealer opened the right window it shattered. Two weeks later I had my topper back. The dealer indicated the window cut out was incorrect and required revision. The opposite window gasket was incorrectly installed. Yes, I do have my topper back but problem should never have occurred. Lastly no compensation for the extra trips (140 miles total for 2 round trips) and time. Despite multiple requests A.R.E. accepted no responsibility for their poor workmanship. When the dealer installed the topper the fit was poor and a 1/2 x 3/4 inch rub spot was down to bare metal on the truck bed.
