Worst experience ever. I bought a CX Revo for my Ford F150 in 2021. I’ve had problem after problem with it. It’s leaked since day one and I’ve taken it back to the authorized retailer where I made the original purchase and each time they “say” they repaired it, 6 months later it leaks again. It primarily leaks around the end where it meets up with the cab. I paid to have a full flip down window which was a mistake. It leaks around the gasket bc it’s just a piece of foam. Same thing where it contacts the bed rails. My latest issue were the two latches for the full rear glass. The latches no longer hold anything. Even with the handle locked I can just pull the window open. I called ARE customer support and told her my issues and she said there is only a one year warranty and contact an authorized repair facility. I asked about the 3 year hardware warranty and she got short with me and said it doesn’t include the latches and ended our conversation. I guess I have to shell out the cost of new latches on a cap less than 3 years old.
