Told 6to8 weeks took 13 sloppy work side window frames were cut exposed shiny metal wouldn’t u paint that window drains shiny not painted greasy finger marks in paint were it looks like someone grabbed when paint not dry took back to Starlite they somewhat fixed after verbal volleyball your quality control should have caught this

 ARE Revo for 2023 F-150

I have been a long time ARE customer and decided to upgrade to the Revo for my new truck. After the dealer install, I noticed several small scratches in the passenger side glass. The dealer apologized for not catching and said they would order a replacement glass. The next day they called to say that the shell would have to go back to the factory to have the window replaced. That's not an option for me because I can't do without out the shell for 30 plus days.

 Fit & Finish lacking
CXE Series : Ford F150

I recently purchased a CX Evolve for 2023 F150. For the price I expected a much better fit and finish. In addition the cap is missing the "standard" LED light as advertised on the website. Over the years I've owned four caps, two ARE and two Leer. All things considered the CX Evolve is my least favorite. Also, reach out to ARE several weeks ago via their "contact us" form on the website and have yet to hear back.
