Getting the side windows that open is a great accessory to allow for easy loading and unloading. I am very happy with the cap with one exception. All the parts to secure the cap to the truck where there except two small parts. There were 4 clamp assemblies but only two each approx. 1 1/2" metal plates that were drilled and tapped that fit into track system. I called your company to obtain them and was put on hold for over 19 minutes with no response.
