The dealer was very good to work and it arrived sooner than expected. For me the downside to it is the look of the rear door. I had to replace my Z-Series cover because the rear door which was the frameless glass that gave the cover a smoother look shattered for some unexplained reason while sitting in my driveway. I am disappointed that A.R.E. did not offer a replacement for it. The cover was installed 20 years ago and that says a lot about how good your product is. The only issues I had were mostly due to how it was assembled. On my'21 Silverado the cap has a large gap between the plastic tailgate cover and the side of the cap itself. It is unsightly and a spot that is not covered well by weatherstripping. My side windows leak, the weatherstripping was not centered correctly on the back glass, and there was a large amount of aluminum shavings all over the windows and frame.
