When I ordered my CX classic camper shell I understood there could be a long lead time. The camper shell arrived at the shop in under three months. I dropped my Jeep Gladiator off for a few hours to get the camper shell installed. When I arrived to pick up my Jeep I noticed that there is a wave in the driver side bottom of the camper shell. I asked the shop that installed the camper shell about the wave in the fiberglass and was told that someone at the factory must have over sanded it. When I got home I notice there are two more highly visible defects in the fiberglass. The shop told me that they could send the camper shell back to the factory. This was the only remedy that the shop offered to fix the issue. I couldn’t wait another three months for the camper shell to be repaired and sent back. I ordered the camper shell several months prior for a planned vacation.
