We bought this cap to keep our gear in the bed dry during the winter and to store camping gear in the summer. Works just fine and looks great.

It looks great on the bed of my truck. Have not used it yet but I love the look. I am letting it rest for a few months before getting ready to head north and west camping and hiking with my doggies. wish me luck
