The dealer who did my install was fantastic. Took the time to ensure everything was as perfect as could be However how the product arrived to the facility was a bit disappointing- The fit and finish from the factory around the rear window seems to be a huge concern from everyone I’ve read on these. Luckily my installing dealer spent the better part of an hour sanding and re working the edges to fit as perfect as possible then touched up the paint. I do understand flex and transport make it difficult to make it perfect but I do feel that the factory could do a better job on quality control

Good product in past - color doesn't match

Fourth cap of same brand and model - past three were just fine. This time the color is definitely off. Noticeable by all that look at it. A bit disappointed this time around. dealer only used 4 clamps ( 2 on each side) and bowing/walking out is apparent already two days after install on 6/5 foot bed - what would two more clamps cost? . tailgate seal installed by dealer has already come off - I don't think installed properly.

 Don’t get frameless tailgate door
CX Classic : Chevy/GMC Silverado/Sierra

I just recently bought the CX Revo cap with the frameless all glass windows, frameless tailgate formed door with keyless entry, carpet headliner, dual rope lights, Yakima roof rack, and front tilt down sliding window. First overall impression was great. Fitted well, sleek lines, color matched perfectly. My only issue is with the frameless rear door. The door does not seem to be fitted correctly to the cap. At the bottom on either side there’s a gap between the glass and the weatherstripping about 3/4” and where the glass meets the tailgate there’s an overhang about 1”. I also had a problem with the door opening and closing. Moving the door either way requires significant force especially while closing. The glass would bend to the point I was uncomfortable pushing any harder. The door also require a very hard slam to close and wouldn’t always latch shut. I brought it back the next business day and the dealer adjusted the door. It latches now with no problem. But the gap and overhang are still there. I was told that the stiffness in the opening and closing was a feature that the door would remain at any angle the it was moved to. It has snowed a few times in the past few days and a little snow has gotten in through the gaps of the door and the weather stripping along the bottoms edge of the door is starting to come off. I would suggest getting another option for the door. I know I am certainly considering changing the door.
