 Good product. Beware of the dealer selection

The cap functions fine. Some finishing details overlooked. If the dealers are the face of your company (product) and you limit interaction to be with the dealers, you should be more careful about who you select to represent you. I had a difficult time finding a way directly contact ARE to solve my problem. Once I did, ARE was responsive and handled the situation. One dealer was HORRIBLE, the dealer that ARE steered me towards was fine. Good product, bad business model.
