Product Reviews : A.R.E. Truck Caps and Tonneau Covers

1st, the salesman wanted to instal the topper with a filthy front window. I had to wash it myself before installation. 2nd, the color match is terrible. I complained about it at the time and was told that my truck had probably faded. Well shortly after that I had my truck in for some body work at a very reputable body shop, and they told me that my paint hadn't faded at all and thier color match was perfect. Actually, they thought it was a very bad match. 3rd. I've had to redo all of the electrical where you tied into for my brake lights. 4th. I e-mailed your company to complain about the color match and NOBODY EVER got back with me...... So what do you think I really think of your company? P.S. I BET you don't respond to this either!!!!! Funny, everyone wants your money, but you cannot get any level of service after the sale! Maybe you should keep track of the people you blow off, and not ask for feedback from them!
