They really made the difference to purchase the canopy. The product itself looks like great design, functionality, and durability. There are two "negative" comments I would give. 1.) The canopy came with a few dings/scratches, very small detail, but when you pay $3k for a canopy...it eats at ya a little. 2.) I am concerned the overall seal about water leaking into the truck bed. Other those two small comments, this is a great canopy, great warranty, great dealers, great company. I was told that the rear door wasn’t operating properly, after dealer called ARE tech support it was uncovered that the topper had a recall on it for the rear door hinges and that my topper was one of 12 toppers that left the factory with the wrong hinges. Now I feel with the amount of time it took to get the topper (5 weeks) that this should have been taken care of at the factory before delivery. Now I have to wait for the replacement hinges and then take more of my time taking it to the dealership for installation of the replacement hinges. I like the topper but it should have had better quality control and I think I deserve a partial refund for the inconvenience Thanks.
