This is a major issue since one of the main points of a topper is to secure items in the bed. Since purchasing I’ve had to bring the topper back each week to get it adjusted. It’ll be working when I leave and then the next time I use it the topper will be out of adjustment. TECHS AT DEALER HAVE TOLD ME THIS IS A KNOWN ISSUE AND I’LL PROBABLY NEED TO BRING IT IN EVERY COUPLE MONTHS TO HAVE IT SERVICED. Install delayed because the wrong clamps were sent with the cap. Toyota has bed rails but the cap has 4 holes drilled for rigid mount. I assume this was done at the factory but if they are built to order for a Tacoma, why would these be drilled unless it was bolted to a frame before painting. The paint matches perfectly but has one small chip left rear side. Flip down window latches are extremely tight but figure that will work out as time goes on. Otherwise, very happy so far.
