MX HD Leaks for Weeks - still unresolved

I order this on April 12th, installed on August 2nd, leaks from the roof rack mounts were fixed on August 16th. I’m still waiting for a replacement toolbox door and hoping that is the final solution. I cannot keep any gear stored without it getting wet as the bed rail and bed rug distribute water leaked throughout the truck bed. After 4 months and $6100, my solution is still keeping gear in totes… I wish I had went with a bed cover and saved $5K, especially missing 2 trip deadlines waiting for this to ship and work… Hopefully my October trip isn’t a washout too because of poor product quality. I cannot recommend this product!

What truck cap

What cap? we order a cap early this year to lose the deposit because after being strung along for months, the company closed. ARE's rep sent us to another location with the promise of having the cap in two weeks. We had to put half down even after losing the 1st deposit. We place the second order on June 21 and the same thing is happening. The cap is still not in, and it has been pushed back another week, this will make it a month since order. I have been on hold for 20 minutes and am nowhere close to getting any help. We have order caps for our fleet from ARE for more than 20 years. Can someone please contact me!!!
