So I ordered my A.R.E. Hard cover for my truck I was originally told it may take up to 6 weeks to arrive. Well, I ended up waiting 12 weeks. When it arrived I took the day off work to have the cover installed. Once I arrived home I noticed paint blemishes and other issues with the cover. I contacted my dealer with pictures who then contacted A.R.E. My dealer informed me they received an RGA to have the cover taken back off to send back to A.R.E. to have it repainted/repaired. So now I need to take another day off work to head back to my dealer, so they can do this. I'll waste even more gas doing this since I live 70 miles away. Wait however long it will take for the repairs on the cover from A.R.E., which I'm sure it won't be fast since I waited so long for delivery. Then head back to my dealer yet again, costing me more time and money with gas and another day off work, hoping the repairs are corrected. Now I have do have some positive to say so far and that is I love the covers design and how it looks on my truck. I'm also absolutely very happy with my dealer! They've been very professional since day 1, and have great customer service! I feel bad since they've installed the cover, will loose money removing the cover, re-crate the cover to send back for shipping, then reinstall the cover once it comes back again. This is nothing but an inconvenience for everyone costing everyone time and money due to poor quality control at A.R.E.'s manufacturing facility. If the cover comes back a second time and still has issues with the paint and will have overspray, I WILL be seeking a full refund of the cover!
