Cover does not fit flush down the sides. Sticks out from the cab of the truck. Has a hole on both sides at the front with a piece of styrofoam velcroed to the inside top to keep the rain out which does not work since it rained today and I have only had the cover 4 days. I have an ARE on a 2002 Silverado which has always fit well & never a drop of water inside. That is the reason for going with another for my 2018 Silverado...BIG MISTAKE. Something has gone wrong with the Design/QC department an I am very disappointed. The only positive I can add is the paint finish and color are very good.

LSII Tonneau Cover for 2017 Chevrolet Silverado
LSII Series : Chevy/GMC Silverado/Sierra
February 20, 2018    Posted by: Rich
I just purchased a 2017 Silverado to replace my 2007 Silverado. I purchased an LSII Tonneau Cover 11 years ago, for my old truck when it was brand new. during the 11 years that I owned it, I never experienced a single problem with my ARE LSII cover. In fact, it could almost still pass for new. So when it came time to purchase a new Tonneau Cover, I never even considered another brand. I went back to the same dealer and bought a new LSII for my new truck. As far as I am concerned, ARE is the best on the market.

 2018 Honda Ridgeline
LSII Series : Honda Ridgeline
February 09, 2018    Posted by: Bull
With regard to the LSII for the 2018 Honda Ridgeline, the pros are as follows: (1) good color match; (2) ease of operation; and (3) the appearance of good quality design and construction. The cons are as follows: (1) somewhat poor alignment of the rear latch mechanism, which is obvious to the critical eye; (2) not water-tight; (3) the application of adhesive to fill the bed rail gap, which the cover sets on—when the cover is opened the adhesive (like bubble gum) sticks and pulls along webs of the material. Although ARE makes good products, which are ubiquitous, this application of this type of tonneau cover falls short. Also, I ordered the LSII with the finished (beaded) edge, which was not installed.
