Everything works as it should, electric lock, led lights and opens easily. The cover is a bit heavy but quality sometimes is. My only problem with the cover is either the installer screwed up or the cover was not shaped correctly. A day after the installation the front of the cover was scraping paint of the front bed wall corners of my truck. I returned to the shop and they sanded the area to stop the damage. I touched up the paint myself. I do need a strap for my wife to be able to close the cover but didn't find one on the A.R.E website. My wife can't reach it to close it and my truck isn't lifted. Any help A.R.E? Nice looking and good fit. Really hard to lift from a locked and closed position. Asked selling dealer for help with tension adjustment and he said nothing he could do as that was the way it is suppose to operate. Talked with customer service and consumer affairs with A.R.E. and they brushed it off as trivial. I paid nearly $1800.00 for a cover that does not operate nearly as well as the Jason I had on my previous truck for $1200.00.
