| | | Still no Canopy after poor craftsmanshipV Series :

The positive, I love the look of the canopy on a truck. The problem is I don't have a canopy on my truck. I ordered my canopy on July 21, 2020 and was told 7-8 weeks for delivery. After 8 weeks I was told it would be 11 or more weeks for delivery but I was not contacted until I reached out to ask about where the Canopy was. The canopy was delivered Oct 12 and I set up an appointment to have it installed the 14th of October 2020. Upon arriving I was extremely disappointed to see that my new 3500 dollar purchase arrived with a dozen imperfections or paint issues to include areas where the clear coat appeared to have bubble and then popped creating an opaque area instead of gloss black as well as blue paint under the clear coat in several locations on my Black canopy. I am not sure how this made it out of the factory like this let alone how a dealer calls you to try and put this on a vehicle. Now I still don't have an estimated delivery as it had to be sent to Arizona for repairs from Washington state. The dealer I purchased it from joked about it being another 12 weeks but, I am not sure that is a joke. Covid might be causing delays in deliveries but that is no excuse for poor craftsmanship and customer service. Some day I hope to see a beautiful well fit canopy on my truck, I just don't know when that will be.
