ARE sent a replacement window, but the problem was shoddy installation, not the window. The sealing tape was rolled over and useless. I replaced the window myself with sealing tape I had to buy. Plus the packing job was poorly done and the window arrived dented. We live in southeast Alaska. We've had it a long time and use it to camp and just cover the bed. The only problem is the door seal on the walk-through door. You can't walk in the camper without stepping on the seal. Likewise, any time you load lumber or whatever through the door, it slides across the seal. It doesn't take long for the aluminum frame to cut the seal to pieces. As I said, we love the camper, but the door seal is a bad design.
