My cap purchase was a wild ride. This is my 4th cap in a decade and by far the most troublesome purchase of my life. First order I asked to review, wasn't the right cap (does the dealer get the same PDF from ARE that I get, the one with all the details?), canceled that order, re-ordered the right cap. Took a day vacation to make the trip to dealer and get it installed, turns out the wrong length of cap was ordered, wait a month for new cap. New cap is right size, colour is darker than my truck and wrong roof racks are installed. The roof tracks are also missing more than half the nuts on the bolts down one side and the cap clamps are the wrong colour, couple of there details weren't right either. Dealer also wouldn't honor the discount that ARE was promoting. Not a great experience.
