Product Reviews : A.R.E. Truck Caps and Tonneau Covers

Overall I am quite pleased with my CX Series Truck Cap. This cap fits my 2014 F150 SuperCrew (157" WB / 6.5 FT bed) fairly well. There is severe water leakage at the front of the bed that I was rather disappointed to see after driving through some rain. I am not exactly sure where the water is coming in but will work to figure that out soon. The cap itself is finished quite nicely, looks like it belongs and the color match is near perfect. (My truck had ~200 miles on it when the cap was installed so it really was a new truck). I do not know what else one can really say about the cap -- I bought it for its function -- to cover the bed while still allowing the bed to be used. I have had caps on several other trucks before this one and used them all for a variety of functions including camping.My options are the half slider windows [on both sides] fold down front slider (which is fantastic and WELL worth the extra money for the fold down) and double T rear handles. I decided to wire up my own lights as I have installed separately switched red and white lights so that I can illuminate the bed without killing my night vision. I chose A.R.E. because between the few competitors that had local dealers, A.R.E.'s quality and features for the price was the best. Assuming that I can get the water leak figured out, I would recommend this cap.
