Cover is not the same color as the rest of the truck. Store says that variations are to be expected. This is the second truck I put a A.R.E. product on. The last one was a good match, this is a new truck that had 300 miles on it and I don't think the match is that good. The store showed me a paper from your company that said that happens I am not real happy about it. It has a brownish tint to it instead of a grayish tint. Just not satisfied with their response. I would think you would be able to match the color. I think they ordered a wrong color.

The cap is very nice. I wish I could say as much for the install. The two rear clamps were installed 4 or 5 inches forward of the clamp pads. The rear of the cap was spread about an inch and did not align with the tail gate leaving a larger gap at the bottom of the door. I removed the rear clamps and used a cargo strap to draw in the rear sides to proper alignment then replaced the clamps in the proper location. It is really nice now and I love it. The only other problem is the door opens so high I had to install a short strap to pull it down.

TW top is almost perfect but I'm having problems closing the door. The door is so high I had to put a strap on the latch so I could reach it. The big problem was the install--the cap was spread at the rear corners almost an inch and the hold downs were not mounted far away from the mount pads. I used a cargo strap a little at a time to draw the sides in where they belong and relocated the clamps, now the fit is perfect. Nice cap.
