This cap has a bad bottom edge that gives the appearance that it doesn't quite fit right. The fiberglass craftsmanship has a "wave" in it...not bad but still noticeable. Somewhere between finish paint and being installed on my truck, the paint on the molding was rubbed and then touched up with touch up paint. The rear inside cap light is missing its cover. I am a very picky person but when you pay this kind of money for a cap and bed rug...I expect perfection. Hey but it looks great from a far.

Purchased the LSX cover, very nice, dealer was great to work with. Treated my truck with care. I have found finger prints in the paint, first thought they were from the installer, but after cleaning find they are in the paint.

 A.R.E. Truck Cap Review
A.R.E. Cx Series

This is the second A.R.E. truck cap that I've purchased. The first was 5 or 6 years ago for a Nissan Titan. I was very pleased with the entire transaction from selection to purchase to installation at Southestern Truck Accessories in Savannah, GA. My wife handled all of this without any issues. The cap arrived as projected, installation date was arranged and conducted as planned. A.R.E., in my opinion, is superior to any other cap on the market. I've also purchased for previous trucks a Century cap and 2 Leer caps. A.R.E. has an excellent product at an affordable price.
