Product Reviews : A.R.E. Truck Caps and Tonneau Covers

I don't do Bad Reviews But can't resist this one ARE's Lack of attention to detail and poor craftsmanship absolutely suck. Their customer service sucks even more! These people only care about taking your money they are not concerned about problems with their products nor do they seem to take pride in their work. I spent over 6K on topper and accessories when delivered it was not the topper that I ordered I wanted seamless windows but because I ordered pet screens they installed framed windows. They never told me if I ordered pet screens that it would change design. in less than 3 days pieces of the topper were falling off or flopping in the wind. Some trim is taped on and tape is cheap. The design is really bad for 6k you would expect a lot better.
