The first one served for 10 years and I am very pleased to say this one has a couple of refinements that I'm happy to see. Con: Crooked front hinge on the first one and had to be sent back. Long wait for #2 to arrive, difficult to open especially when wet;perhaps a bigger rear lock with a grove on the bottom? Lock handle tends to open when unlocked, even moves upward when locked.
