 Super Disappointing at the lack of QA

I ordered my V cap on 6/12/2020. I did not receive it until 7/23/2020. But I was excited and In my brain it was worth the wait. The dealer is an hour away so I headed there with excitement. The paint was bubbled, the rear window was bent and broken because the frame had been drilled too hard, there were scuffs and scratches and poor craftsmanship throughout the whole cap, and the LED lights I added were wired incorrectly. I had to drive back to have the topper removed and now they said it will take another 4-6 weeks to have my "brand new topper" repaired... I just want my money back... I want to buy another brand now... I am so sick of being treated like I am not a customer. The dealer said I can't have my money back unless they get their money back. Not once has someone at ARE said, "Mr. Hinton, we are very sorry there were obvious issues we missed and we are going to make it up to you and do the right thing." Instead they have someone on the other end just saying, "sorry the dealer can take care of this... we can't help you. Just work with the dealer..." Please just keep the cap, refund my money, and I will go spend it somewhere that will actually care about me as a customer and a real human.
