When my canopy was installed it fit horribly and looked as though someone had tried to modify it with a cut off wheel. I told the dealer that was unacceptable and he agreed and called the main A.R.E. office to try and find a solution. A new canopy was ordered and installed last week, it fit great! I'm very pleased with the product and equally happy that A.R.E. chose to do the right thing. Thanks for striving to be excellent, you achieved your goal.

 LSII on a Ford Ranger

Purchasing the LSII was not a hasty decision. I did a lot of shopping and comparing before buying. It paid off. The LSII functions beautifully: It is easy to lift, fits well, reduces noise due to the carpeted underside, and locks securely. The LSII styling is very attractive too, more so that other brands that have just a flat cover, and the paint matches the truck color perfectly. I don't think I could be happier with a Tonneau cover than I am with the ARE LSII. Nice work A.R.E.

 Mostly great, with minor complaints

Overall I really like the cap look, function and fit but I don't understand why there are such big gaps at the rear cap window where it meets the truck tailgate and cap wall. Lots of daylight (and soon rain) comes through. Seems like the design could be better in this particular area, I don't see any reason why that can't be resolved. It lets dust and water through far too easily.
