Product Reviews : A.R.E. Truck Caps and Tonneau Covers

Purchased A.R.E. CX Series cap from Trick Trucks Edgewater, Md. on 05/04/16, for my Ford F-350 Green Super Duty. Was told by dealer usually ships from A.R.E. within 2-3 weeks. Delivery from A.R.E. took 29 days. I was called by dealer the cap was in, but the WRONG hardware kit was shipped by A.R.E, and that they could install the cap, but would have to come back for the ladder rack install. NOTE: I live in Chester, Md. approx. 56 miles round trip for me from the dealer! I agreed. I dropped my truck to dealer on 06-02-16, for installation. I was called & told truck was ready. I arrived to pick up, only to find major A.R.E quality defects (Gaps in rear window, ripply looking rubber rear gasket, & rain water leaking into bed, side doors gaskets hanging off... A.R.E. Quality Control was missed, as well as the Dealer - Trick Trucks Quality Control was ignored! Cap was removed and shipped back to A.R.E. I want QUALITY, that's why I purchased from A.R.E.! My cap was shipped back to you for evaluation of your quality...You have my cap right now, make it the best you have ever made! I also would like a manufactures credt & discount on what I have paid for all the extra effort, time & trouble.Thank You for making this right, this time...
