I purchased my bed topper in October and it finally arrived in December, after being told 4-5 weeks for delivery. I had it installed the week before Christmas and was extremely happy to be getting rid of my old tonneau cover. The next day I was getting fuel and I noticed a paint blemish and glue coming out from the molding. I took pictures and called the dealer I purchased it from and told them what I had found. They asked me to bring it by as soon as possible. She took pictures and contacted the dealer representative to see what options I had. After paying $1800 and waiting 2 months, they offered me $100 credit or I would have to send it back and wait an additional 3 weeks. I contacted ARE customer service this morning and told them I didn’t like either of those options and the $100 credit was a pathetic offer. Luanna was the customer service reps name. She proceeded to tell me those were my options and hung up on me. Great customer service ARE!!
