Dcu Series DCU Series : Toyota Tacoma August 05, 2014    Posted by: Keith It's a sturdy cap. The ignition switch key fits all the locks. Mine had a few small dents in the trim, and there is a fair bit of oozing of weatherproofing material. There was also a lot of chaff left behind from the install. Metal shavings, zip-tie cutoffs, and so on, but that was the installer's issue. Overall, it's a solid cap, and will last. Z Series Z Series : Toyota Tacoma August 08, 2013    Posted by: Keith This is the third A.R.E. shell I've had on my trucks over the years. This one is installed on a 2012 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner. It is by far the best looking (Z Series) I've purchased. I like the rear window latch. It has a solid feel and is self-latching; no turning of the handle required. I also like the ease of opening the side windows without having to climb inside. There is very little space between the back of the cab and the front of the shell, giving it a clean look. The only thing that I miss (thus the 4 stars rather than 5) is getting the interior light. It was installed in my other shells but gone in this one. Not only does it give you a light, but it provides a power source to the rear of the bed, which is something I don't have on my model pickup.
