 What happened?

I bought my truck cap from Cap World in North Hampton, NH. When I received the truck cap, it did not have the Yakima rack or LED strip light installed. Today, I found that the piston for the rear window has blown out the seal. I will have to get that replaced today, I will have to also install my Yakima rack and LED strip light myself. Why did I choose ARE if I have to do everything myself? Why am I paying this much for the product that was not complete?

Cap is great however it looks like there are some quality control issues somewhere along the line. Got the cap home and started cleaning the windows because they were very dirty. That is understandable. But then I noticed one of the screws on the windoor frame was over tightened and cracked the framing. Also a scratch on one of the windoor windows I can feel with my finger nail. And some of the paint is scratched off the framing of one of the windoors.
