When I received the truck cap, it did not have the Yakima rack or LED strip light installed. Today, I found that the piston for the rear window has blown out the seal. I will have to get that replaced today, I will have to also install my Yakima rack and LED strip light myself. Why did I choose ARE if I have to do everything myself? V Series V Series : Toyota Tacoma October 08, 2018    Posted by: Kevin Cap is great however it looks like there are some quality control issues somewhere along the line. Got the cap home and started cleaning the windows because they were very dirty. That is understandable. But then I noticed one of the screws on the windoor frame was over tightened and cracked the framing. Also a scratch on one of the windoor windows I can feel with my finger nail.
