Purchased & picked up last September 2023. I optioned for the frameless side window with small slider, and screen. Still no screens. Dealer said he'd call when they came in. Hard to believe they don't have them yet. Great fit and the one handle open is worth it. Also optioned the keyless remote to lock and unlock when I use the truck fob. Passenger side of topper has a very smooth finish while the drivers side was noticeably different to the touch. Didn't realize until I washed the vehicle after the paint curing period. Dealer offered to buff it but haven't done that yet. Waiting on screens for the return visit.

 Blistering paint

I have had this cap for about 12 years. Two years ago I noticed that the paint was peeling in a couple of places. Just waxed my truck - an annual event, and there are now places that have trapped water between the base coat and the top coat. And, no, I did not wax my top for the first two years.

 Bad Fit

Bought a MX cap with the walk through door. we like the cap except for the fit of the back door which allows water into the bed .The dealer said that nothing could be done. he also said all caps leak. Which I believe not true. Who ever made the mold for walk through door didn't get it right. If I would of known that the fit was that bad I would of went else where to spend my $4300.00 What will your company do to resolve this problem.
