One side was slightly bowed out but the installers were able to take it out with an additional clamp. Looks great now. I get lots of compliments on how it compliments my truck. I use it all the time and have no regrets buying it. Mx Series MX Series : Chevy/GMC Silverado/Sierra May 02, 2018    Posted by: Mike This is the second ARE MX Cap I have purchased. The first was in 2011 for a new Chevy extended cab. Fit perfectly, great shell. The MX I bought in 2018 left a lot to be desired. First the handle on the back window is to small and inset making it difficult to get a good grip on, especially if you have arthritis or loss of strength from an injury or advanced years. The second issue is the poor fit to the contour of the rear of the pick up, a new 2018 Chevy Crew Cab. There is about an inch or more gap between the truck and the shell. Very poorly designed.
