I had an A.R.E. on a different truck, F150, and I wasn't able to get my hand between the cab and cap. Mx Series MX Series : Dodge Ram November 20, 2015    Posted by: Matt Cap is nice. Tool box doors are nice too. My complaints are with the structure of the tool boxes. The flimsy and weak. Not strong enough for professional use. I use my truck for work and store all my tools in these boxes. I spent 3 hours reinforcing the tool boxes so that they would not pull off of the cap (down as well as inward).
