With the A.R.E Tonneau cover there's no need for concern. Not only am I completely satisfied, but other people tell me how great it looks too. I did extensive homework before buying my cover by reading lots of reviews which were mostly favorable and by actually checking other brands at the local truck accessory store. In my opinion Snug Top, Leer and the others don't even come close to the A.R.E when it comes to style, workmanship, and design The only thing negative might be that I can not use the factory bed extender due to the fact the lid doesn't raise high enough for proper utilization. Only thing I see at this time is at the bottom of the handle assembly in the middle on the edge is a small ruff place or a small bubble of paint. The person that installed it did a good job. It is even all the way around and setting good on the truck, also the Candy Red paint looks like a good match on the truck. Lsx Series LSX Series : Dodge Ram March 08, 2011    Posted by: None This is my second A.R.E. bed cover. The first was on a 2001 Dodge Ram short bed. It was/is a great product. The clamps that held it to the bed were metal as was the locking mechanism. Shoot forward to 2009. The bed clamps are plastic and so are the locking arms/mechanism. Very shoddy in my opinion, an otherwise great cover and plastic where metal would have been better. Push up on the bottom of the cover under the locking handle and the cover moves up. This action was impossible on the first cover I bought in 2001.
