This is only my 3rd truck topper, 1st in the A.R.E. brand. I am impressed by the look, fit, and options that were available. I am extremely impressed by the business where I made my purchase. However, I do have a couple of concerns, waiting to see if they are predictors of future issues. 1. The simple logo "A.R.E." on the left side was skewed such that it crossed surfaces, providing a way for water or the elements to eventually loosen or remove it. While this is certainly a minor thing, cosmetically, it was very obvious and drew my eye immediately. That makes me wonder how it made it past the QA team. 2. The rubber seal on the back window developed a nice straight slice (cut) within a day or 2 of me owning it. It might have been there all along but I didn't notice it for a few days. As it turned out, the rivet underneath the seal was defective, instead of being flat with a small indention, it had a long sharp tail sticking out of it. This was probably just a failed attempt to install the rivet. Again, not a real big deal. Taken together however, I am a little bit concerned about the quality control. Fortunately, I have a lot of faith in the dealer and expect that if I have other issues, he will take care of them.
