 Bad service all around

First, ARE sent my topper with a bubble because of apparent non existent quality control. When they got it back they promptly lost in in their storage area and forgot about it. Later, when asked the status they are working on it now. The jury is out whether I will ever receive it. THIS IS PITIFUL.

 Paint bubble

Came from factory with a paint bubble. So after waiting for a month to receive it, now I have to wait for another month while the dealer ships it back for repair. NO QUALITY CONTROL? This is pitiful and unnecessary and inconveniences me because I needed it now. Never again ARE
