Product Reviews : A.R.E. Truck Caps and Tonneau Covers

We'll i have purchased several truck Caps in my 60 years of age. This would be the most Expensive ! I have had sliding cab windows before but this one opens 8" out of 12" not very usable. I have been trying to push the gray felt liner tight against the interior of the shell with the factory installation being a bit rough a few place's where the installer was not paying attention or not trained properly places where you can see the gray fiber glass missing felt pretty rough for finish work.the butyl rubber used to install side windows was inside the frame using to much rubber. The Exterior Tri Coat Color looks Great ! The Clear Coat RUNS do not look so good up close. I'm a Carpenter by trade this would be Considered Rough Framing on a scale my cap is a 7 out of 10 Quality Control would be Recommend ! it only takes a few bad apples to spoil the rest ! A Nice Product needing some attention.
