Product Reviews : A.R.E. Truck Caps and Tonneau Covers

This is my second LSX Ultra. I put one on my 2005 F150 Lariat years ago and got another one when I purchased my 2013 F150 Limited. It's very solid, and there are no rattles or movement when driving. I like the added security of the locked cover, and having the remote keyless entry that works with the Ford OEM key fob is great. The color match was perfect. I added my top on the 2005 F150 after it had baked in the Florida sun for several years, and it still matched perfectly. The top for my 2013 F150 was added a couple weeks after the truck was purchased, and again, the color match was spot on. My only complaint is with the unfinished underside of the rim. The top is painted and the inside is upholstered, but the very bottom edge of the lip is unfinished fiberglass. It's a bit rough, and the whitish color is too obvious on a black top. It's only noticeable when the top is opened, so not too big of a deal. Just a little disappointing. My first tonneau cover from A.R.E. had the same issue, but I still bought another one because the overall product is quite good.
