The windows leaked from day 1. The screws in the windows were over-tightened, warping the frame aluminum. It looks like crap. In the fabric of the headliner, they built it using a piece of fabric that clearly had a hot circle semi-melted into the fabric, but they installed it anyway. The outside of the cap, next to the handle was scratched, and someone put a glossy touch-up paint on the scratch to cover it, but it can easily been seen. Sloppy, sloppy work. Where is the Quality Control to stop this crap from leaving your factory?

I love my Z series cap and BedRug. Second one I have owned. My first one lasted 15 years until I totaled my truck in an end over end crash. It was in perfect shape at the time of the crash. My only slight complaint is there is slight body wave along the sides of the cap. I've done body work professionally and know fiberglass can be harder to get "straight". Otherwise good paint match. Great fit and finish overall.

The fit and finish are superb. I discovered A.R.E. looking at their tonneau cover on a beautiful pickup. Soon I realized I needed a cap instead, regardless of my truck's appealing look as a pickup. The cap was needed to protect everything put in the truck box while traveling and my yellow lab's crate. The boot to cab allows heat or air conditioning for my lab. I prefer her in the cab but when she comes from the lake, ocean, or sprinkler with sand and mud she is not allowed on the leather seats until she has her bath. The automatic lock and light are a great option. The bedRug is inviting and is even designed to accommodate myself contained tailgate step in the 2014 F150 Limited. The dealer/installer did an excellent job.
