Product Reviews : A.R.E. Truck Caps and Tonneau Covers

I am a previous owner of ARE camper shells. I just bought my current one so I am still learning about it. The product seems similar to my previous purchases which have been very good products. However, I already don't like the small T-handle on the rear lid. It is too small for the size of the lid and it is located in a tight space. I pinch my fingers when I turn the handle. Could I get a different handle installed? I also found faulty weather stripping on a side window. It has pulled away from a corner; it doesn't appear long enough to seal around the entire edge of the window. I expect it will leak when it rains. Could I get this fixed? Lastly, the sliding window at the front of the camper shell is extremely hard to slide open. It is so tight that I'm afraid I will break it if I try harder. I can get it about half way open. What can you do here? I paid $2,275 for your product which already has multiple problems and I haven't had it in a rain yet. What will you do to fix these problems?
