Fitment: The cap fits great and follows closely to the curvature of the bed lines. Paint: Color match paint was spot on with little to no blemishes. Front Fold Down Sliding Window: Makes washing the outside cab glass and front cap window a breeze. The sliding window also allows for great air circulation to vent out the back of the truck during those hot summer days. So far I’ve had the cap for three months here in the Pacific North West with zero issues of water leaking inside any of the windows. Carpet Headliner: Is a great option to increase the look and help insulate the back of the truck if you use your truck for camping like I do. The only issue I have is that the installation quality was not that great. In some areas the liner wasn’t completely glued causing some minor sagging. There is also a patch by the front window that has overlapping carpet just hanging there. It was never trimmed off and glued down flush. Rear Window: The aluminum frame fits perfect and provides a great seal that prevents any water from leaking in. When the window is raised the water is channeled down around the outer seal and does not dump into the back of the truck like my previous Leer cap. Overall I’m completely satisfied with my cap. I have two suggestions that I think would help the overall look and functioning of the cap. The first would be to insure the dealer uses a EPDM Rubber Truck Cap Seal in lieu of the cheap PVC foam that leaks water. I installed the EPDM Rubber seal myself and now my topper is completely waterproof. My next complaint (which is really minor but irritates the heck out of me) is the sheet metal screws used to hold the windows into place crush the framing of the window making it look unsightly. I think a little more care should be put into the installation of the windows by predrilling the holes and using small sleeves to prevent the bending of the window frames.
