The dealers response was that all shells leak. I have had several others that did not leak. This shell does have gaps where the swingup rear window meets the shell at the lower corners that will allow some water intrusion but the shell leaks around the windows as well. The screws holding the window do not look well placed as some are angled and the frame is bent from the force of tightening them. The dealer's response is just to offer to replace the window seal at my expense since it has been two years. Awesome job color matching the Jeep Snazzberry Red. Only trouble spot is the tract lights keep falling. Greatest disappointment was that I was not allowed to order the side opening windows. I was told that option was not available on the Gladiator caps, but have seen pictures of other Gladiator owners with the CX cap with side opening windows.
