I have always been very satisfied with there product and quality. I had one issue with the rear window frame and the guys at surbuban toppers took care of it, no problems with warranty from ARE. I just purchased a new one again I would recommend their toppers. Fit, finish & color matching are critical to me. I did get a picker in my finger (fiberglass strand) on first day of ownership when I lightly stroked the inside shelf (below side window). Also, the new downsized handle on rear flap is okay except it has pinch point if finger gets caught between "end" of handle & nice black ledge below the handle. By the way, that ledge is a nice touch. The V Series suited me best overall for high quality standard features.
