I ordered this cap and waited months for it to come in. The cap was in stalled no problem in a few hours. It has a camping door on the back and the opening for the door was cut wrong. Two holes different sizes were left on each side of the door. We called ARE and a rude woman insisted that it is the installer problem. She did not even view the pictures We have returned twice now and a bandaid was applied that leak water at first rain. It is ARE not the installer that is the problem. The door and cap were installed perfectly. The holes are on ARE and a custom job that cost a lot of money.

 Great truck cap!

Overall I am pretty happy with this. If i'm being picky I would say that the sides don't fit the best and bow out a bit if you look down the side of your truck. Also the gasket on the bottom of the rear door don't fit the glass well. Also the bottom edge on the side of the cap isn't painted very well. I wish I could add photos to show everyone. Overall I do like it though! I also purchased the Cargo Glide system and really like that! I would give the cargo glide 5 starts

 Electronic locks

The electronic locks keep freezing. Moisture continues to get in one of the three tumblers. They are not worth the extra expense. The dealer is unable to assist and ARE customer service refuses to help. My lift-gate will have to remain unlocked all winter.
