A.R.E. Lsii Series
LSII Series : Chevy/GMC Silverado/Sierra

This is the second ARE cover I've owned. I sold my first one with my old truck so I bought a new one for my new Silverado. The cover provides security and weatherproof storage for my cargo. It's like having a big trunk.

 The Worst and the Best!!!
A.R.E. Z Series
Z Series : Ford F150

When I bought this truck, I thought I'd try another brand.....afterall, a cap is a cap, isn't it? BIG mistake!!! It didn't fit; edges were rough; lock didn't work. I guess my last A.R.E. [CX series] spoiled me. So, I'm back!!! This time I went with the Z Series. The fit is terrific. The features are excellent: drop down front window, outlets, LED light, hangars for clothes, liner, power lock. Now this is a high-quality truck cap!!! Am hoping to have the truck and the cap forever. A. R. E. is THE BEST!!!!!

Buy the Chevy version not the GMC
A.R.E. Lsii Series
LSII Series : Chevy/GMC Silverado/Sierra

This is my second A.R.E. lid and I'm a big fan, in general. However, the version for the GMC Sierra has a hollow in it, as opposed to a bump on the Chevy version, which mimics the detail on the hood of the respective trucks (Chevy vs GMC). This hollow collects rain, dew and wash water and doesn't drain fully even when the lid is opened fully. Result -- permanent crud build-up, which sure ruins the looks of the lid. If you have a GMC, tell your ARE dealer you want the Chevy lid to avoid this problem.
